Sustainable Shopping

Hello everyone, we are Team YMPACT from 180 Degrees Consulting Munich. We are working with our project partner Ympact to find out more about general customer behavior when it comes to sustainability.

 

Sustainability is a word with wide-ranging meanings. For this survey, we are focusing on sustainable products in the fashion industry (I.e. clothes, shoes, accessories, etc.). In the following, the term “sustainable products” means products that fulfill some sustainability criteria (I.e. local sourcing, cruelty free, etc.).
