Urban Logistics Survey 2021 |
Introduction
Dear Sir or Madam,
the rapid growth of e-commerce and the related increase in shipments is leading to traffic growth and environmental pollution in urban areas. This results in the need of new urban logistic concepts.
The aim of this study is to identify and examine new trends in the field of urban logistics. Therefore, it not only focuses on the need for new concepts but the implementation challenges of different players (manufacturers, retailers, and logistic service providers) as well.
It also discusses how urban planners are addressing this issue. The focus is primarily on measures to promote environmentally friendly and lower-emission delivery methods. Also, the impact of urban logistics on urban development and modern cityscapes is within our scope.
We are very pleased that our team is strengthened by Jonas Lang LaSalle and the Research Lab Urban Transport of the Frankfurt University of Applied Science (ReLUT) cooperating with us for this study.
In order to gain as much basic information as possible we would really appreciate if you would also become part of our study. The following questionnaire serves to determine your individual experiences and future expectations.
Answering to the questions will take approximately about 15 minutes.
As a thank-you, on request you will receive a summary of the study results. Please enter your contact details at the end of the survey.
In case of any further questions, please contact us: (mueller-dauppert@miebach.com, simon.melchert@eu.jll.com, sunder@fb3.fra-uas.de).
Thank you for your support
