For the conducting of online surveys we use an application from the US service provider SurveyMonkey. We cannot rule out the possibility that your personal data (e.g., IP address) may be transmitted to the United States. We have no influence over this situation. We rely on the EU standard contractual clauses with further implementation measures as a basis for transfer. Please note that the EU Commission has not determined an adequate level of data protection for the USA and that the data can be accessed by national security authorities without the availability of appropriate legal remedies.
