Port State Control - do you feel being treated fair?

Port State Control inspections are necessary to distinguish a sub-standard fleet from a capable and well maintained trade backbone.
If you have however wondered where deficiencies or detentions came from, the experienced shipmanager knows, other factors might play a role as well.
