NPL platform survey

As part of the EU Action Plan of July 2017, the European Commission, ECB and EBA intent to set standards for NPL transaction platforms to stimulate the development of the secondary market. All relevant groups (seller, buyer/investors, platforms, servicer, consultants/law firms, associations) were invited to the EC roundtables of January 15 and June 14, 2019.

In the call of Sept 4, 2019, DKS was installed as industry body to develop the details of the proposed standard. To discover the expectations of the different groups the survey was set up and was approved by the European Commission.

Please fill out the survey to support this target. Please forward the survey as well to people who might be interested to provide their expectations on NPL transaction platforms.

The survey is open until November 15, 2019. Afterwards the results will be presented in another roundtable to be invited by the European Commission.
