Dear Colleague, 

The Service Leaders Network is a facilitated peer-to-peer network and a platform for collaboration to master challenges, solve problems and benchmark to improve Service business performance. In these periodic surveys we take stock of where Service Leaders think the main challenges lie. We ask you to rate some topics as a matter of interest or importance to you and/or your company. If you would like to add comments, clarifications or propose another topic, please use the provided space under "Other". The survey should take 5-10 min to complete. Individual responses will be treated in strictest confidence and will not be shared.
