Terms & Conditions:
The attendance fee includes participation at the booked conference days, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner and evening event.
You will receive an invoice with registration and a confirmation after payment by credit card or bank transfer has been received.
Cancellations must be received in writing by or before May 03, 2019 and will be subject to a service charge of EUR 50.00. For all cancellations received after May 09, 2019 the full conference fee remains payable. Substitutions within the same company are welcome at any time.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes in the program and/or speakers or to cancel sessions if conditions beyond its control should occur.

EMCC 2018 is a joint event between Elektrobit Automotive GmbH, iSYSTEM AG and Vector Informatik GmbH and is sponsored by Infineon.
Photography and video recordings
As hosts for the event, EMCC and/or its partners Elektrobit, Infineon, iSYSTEM and Vector (hereinafter collectively "EMCC”) will be taking photographs and some video recordings. Use of these images and videos will be used for news reporting and in future advertising of Vector events. As a participant of the event it is possible that you may be photographed. We request your consent to be photographed.
EMCC and/or third parties authorized by EMCC may take photographs and/or prepare video recordings (hereinafter collectively "Images") during and/or in connection with the event. Vector will use these Images for own marketing purposes and/or have them used for EMCC’s marketing purposes by third parties authorized by EMCC. The use comprises in particular, without limitation, creating derivative works of the Images as well as publication of the Images and derivative works thereof on the Internet, (e.g. at https://www.multicore-conference.com/), on the Intranet, in print media, at events and/or trade fair presentations of EMCC.
By registering for the event the participant agrees to the creation of foregoing Images and to the territorially and temporally unlimited use of the Images as described above. Further, EMCC has the right to archive the Images in digital and/or analogue form for documentation purposes and/or in order to pursue any infringements by third parties.
Compliance
EMCC will bear the expenses of our events including hosting. EMCC attaches great importance to compliance with the rules, also at our customers. We examine each event accordingly. On your side, please check whether it is compliant with the rules of your company to attend a EMCC event.
Privacy policy
Please be ensured that personal data is only used for customer administration and will under no circumstances be passed on to any third party. The form data is sent encrypted by default. You can send a note to us if you disagree with the storage of user data.
