RADAR-CNS App Design Questionnaire

RADAR-CNS (Remote Assessment of Disease and Relapse – Central Nervous System) is a research project which is investigating the potential of mobile devices, such as your smartphone or fitness tracker, to help assess depression, multiple sclerosis and epilepsy.  The project is jointly led by King’s College London and Janssen Pharmaceutica NV, and funded by the Innovative Medicines Initiative (a Public Private Partnership established between the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) and the European Union) and includes researchers from across Europe and the US.

We are currently developing a mobile app to help you monitor your own symptoms in an easy and helpful way. You will have the ability to answer questionnaires, as used by your doctor or health provider, and track how you are progressing over time.

We need your help to make the app as useful and enjoyable as possible for you. The more information you can give us the better. We appreciate your help very much!
