GENERATION CLIMATE - Consultation survey on climate justice / making a just transition possible
This survey is provided by Generation Climate Europe. Generation Climate Europe unites some of the biggest youth organizations in Europe in order to advocate together toward the European institutions for more climate action. We call for a transition making our economy and society sustainable which is comprehensive, fast and just. For this reason we are currently collecting ideas, assessments and proposals from young people and other experts about how we can effectively fight the climate crisis and at the same time achieve climate justice, both in Europe and globally. For this reason we are interested in your ideas, proposals and opinions on how we can achieve this goal and created this survey.
Based on all the input we receive from you and other young people and experts we are going to draft a manifesto encompassing demands and recommendations for making the transition to a sustainable economy and society a just transition. This summer an EU Climate Youth Summit sponsored by the European Parliament is going to take place in Brussels. At this summit young people are going to exchange with high-ranking policy-makers on how the demands and recommendations of the manifesto can be implemented.
