Quantitative Research Methods I Class
Department of Conflict Resolution Studies

Dear Participant,

You are invited to participate in a study that will survey practitioners working in the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) field to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted their business. This study is being conducted to fulfill the requirements of Quantitative Research Methods I Class. This project is supervised by the course instructor, Dr. Elena Bastidas, Department of Conflict Resolution Studies at Nova Southeastern University, tel. 954-262-3021, e-mail bastidas@nova.edu.

The Ph.D. students participating in this study are Principal Investigator, Eileen Petzold-Bradley who can be reached (ep924@mynsu.nova.edu), and Co-Investigators Nyamal Tutdeal (nt557@mynsu.nova.edu) and Genevieve Sabala (gs965@mynsu.nova.edu).

This study includes participants (who are working in the conflict resolution field primarily in the USA), if you identify with the criteria, we invite you to participate. Participation in this survey should take about 5-8 minutes of your time. Participation will involve responding to 17 questions about online dispute resolution (ODR). Participation in this project is strictly voluntary. We respect your right to choose not to answer any questions that may make you feel uncomfortable.

Your responses will be identified by code number only and will be kept separate from information that could identify you. This is done to protect the confidentiality of your responses. Only the researcher will have access to the data and any reports generated from this study. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dr. Elena Bastidas.
