Basic data

The EU-funded COST Action DNAqua-Net (www.dnaqua.net) is developing genomic tools and eco-genomic indices for routine application in biodiversity assessments and biomonitoring of European water bodies.
With this survey, we aim at an overview of currently running and recently finalized research projects dealing with DNA-based assessment of aquatic ecosystems in Europe. Furthermore, we want to collect data on currently running or recently finished monitoring projects applying DNA-based techniques.
We appreciate your contribution to DNAqua-Net very much! Any questions on the survey please direct to daniel.hering@uni-due.de.
