Agree: I think extending this measure was a necessary step for the government to take at this time.

Disagree: I think this measure is excessive and overly restrictive.

* 7. If given an option, what would be your preference for your child's learning environment after we return from the FIS spring break in mid April?

At School: I understand that the pandemic remains a serious health concern in Germany, but I would still like my child to be attending on-campus learning with instruction led by teachers rather than via the distance learning (DLP).

Hybrid Model: I understand that the pandemic remains a serious health concern in Germany, but I would still like my child to resume on-campus learning some days during the week while utilizing distance learning (DLP) on other days.

At Home: I understand that the pandemic remains a serious health concern in Germany, and I therefore believe the best course of action is to continue instruction through the FIS Distance Learning Plan (DLP) until otherwise instructed by the government.

* 8. FIS will be providing each family with a Covid-19 rapid-test to be administered at home prior to each student's return to campus after the spring break. What is your reaction to the introduction of at-home rapid testing?

Support One-Time Testing: I support this one-time home rapid test after the holiday.

Support Ongoing Testing: I support the home rapid test after the holiday and would be willing to complete weekly testing for my child(ren) if suggested by the government health authorities.

Testing Concerns: I have concerns regarding the use of rapid testing for my child(ren) and, if given the choice, may choose not to administer this test.
