Welcome to the bi-annual CHORD survey on Logistics and Supply Chain Management in the Humanitarian Context. Thank you very much for playing an active role in capturing critical trends and developments in the sector. Your contribution is essential to support future decision-making processes and ultimately make humanitarian operations more effective, efficient and sustainable.

The survey is targeting actors operating in the humanitarian space including humanitarian agencies, government entities, commercial companies and donor organizations. The survey is carried out on a regular basis every 6 months, and the analysis of the results will be presented and shared with the public in the form of an annual report on the “State of Logistics and Supply Chain in the Humanitarian Context”.

The survey should take no longer than 15-20 minutes. Please be assured that all of your answers will be completely anonymous and confidential. You will also have the option to provide your email address at the end of the survey to receive the annual report personally.

If you have any questions about the survey, please send your queries to learning-help@kuehne-stiftung.org

Thank you in advance for your participation, it is highly appreciated!

Sincerely yours,
