Performance and Accomodation

We want to be prepared as good as possible. Besides the show we want to take care of you folks.
The survey simplifies our work and preparation a lot! So please support us:
Required questions/answers: we need these answers before we can confirm the venue (not booked so far!).
Other topics such as accomodation have more time. 
Be aware that this form is no contract or letter of intent so far.

We would like to publish cooperation.

* 4. Preparation of the stage during the event: how much time do you usually need to setup your synth equipment and stage deco (change between performances of two bands) ? We can prepare some arrangements during the afternoon, but once the show is started it is probably "challenging"

* 6. How long is your usual set list? (We require at least about 45mins / band)

* 7. We might engage professional photographers and/or video for recordings of the performances. How about that? (discussion of copyrights is subject of later negotiations)

* 8. How much accomodation space do you need for the band members (and maybe partners)?
(0 means: not required) In the preparation of the event there will be one project member taking care of accomodation and nutrition (also known as the ACCOMODATION MANAGER)
