Photography and video recordings
As hosts for the event, iSYSTEM will be taking photographs and some video recordings. Use of these images and videos will be used for news reporting and in future advertising of iSYSTEM events. As a participant of the event it is possible that you may be photographed. We request your consent to be photographed.
iSYSTEM may take photographs and/or prepare video recordings (hereinafter collectively "Images") during and/or in connection with the event. iSYSTEM will use these Images for own marketing purposes and/or have them used for iSYSTEM's marketing purposes. The use comprises in particular, without limitation, creating derivative works of the Images as well as publication of the Images and derivative works thereof on the Internet, (e.g. at https://www.isystem.com/), on the Intranet, in print media, at events and/or trade fair presentations of iSYSTEM.
By registering for the event the participant agrees to the creation of foregoing Images and to the territorially and temporally unlimited use of the Images as described above. Further, iSYSTEM has the right to archive the Images in digital and/or analogue form for documentation purposes and/or in order to pursue any infringements by third parties.

Compliance
iSYSTEM will bear the expenses of our events including hosting. iSYSTEM attaches great importance to compliance with the rules, also at our customers. We examine each event accordingly. On your side, please check whether it is compliant with the rules of your company to attend a iSYSTEM event.
