The following survey has been designed to gather input from athletes, coaches, administrators, tournament directors, and anyone else involved with disc sports from around the globe on current Game Advisor matters which are under discussion by the WFDF Ultimate Committee and its Sub-Committees.
It is the first survey of that kind and we are hoping to gather information about this disc sport aspect. We believe it should take 10-15 minutes to answer all questions and ask that you complete it no later than 31 October 2016.
No individual answers will be shared and all responses are entirely anonymous, although the aggregate data will presented in the final report which will be publicly released later this year.
