The Role

The Customer Success Enablement Coordinator is responsible for supporting Enablement initiatives across the Customer Success organization to ensure our team delivers consistent and outstanding customer experiences at scale. The role will work closely with the CS Enablement Manager to help grow and drive impact of the Enablement program through training coordination, communication and optimization. This is an excellent opportunity for a curious and creative self-starter who has a passion for supporting learning and development programs and processes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support trainings, onboarding, and continuing education for Customer Success Managers (CSM),  ensuring programs are scalable and accessible across the various products and office locations
  • Coordinate internal CSM onboarding schedule for all products, owning first 90 days of CSM training plan to ensure new hires are set up for success 
  • Administration of our Learning Management System to support trainings for internal tools, process, and product updates to ensure team readiness and adoption 
  • Manage daily admin functions for internal tools such as Gong and Litmos 
  • Create and manage the CSM resource and documentation library, ensuring resources are easily accessible, relevant and up to date
  • Align with business needs, priorities, and performance goals; identify training programs and resources needed to drive desired business outcomes 

 

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of Customer Success, Enablement, Training Operations or Learning & Development experience
  • Experience with a learning management system, CRM and Customer Success platform 
  • Passion for customer success, delivering value to customers, and empowering learners
  • Excellent accountability, organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication skills across various mediums 
  • Ability to work across groups and geographies
  • Impact and results-oriented; able to accomplish both project and team goals
  • A team player capable of performing and being flexible in a fast-paced environment
