Integrate Survey Monkey with Freshworks CRM/Freshsales.
The app looks for recipient email addresses in the survey responses with which the contact gets created in Freshworks CRM/Freshsales.
Stored survey responses as custom events associated to the right contact.
A response will be skipped, if no email address is found in the response.
This app is used to add the survey respondents as contacts in Freshsales. The contacts will be associated with the event on the activity timeline that includes the survey response. Users can configure the surveys in the settings page and the app will monitor these surveys for new responses. Upon receiving a new response it will be synced immediately. The existing responses in the configured surveys will be synced with the scheduler that runs for every one hour. The contact details page displays the list of responded surveys by that particular contact.
